Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Hsinchu, Taiwan, EngineStar Technology Inc. specializes in electronic component distribution, memory and storage product design, OEM and ODM services, AI computing, and AI server solutions. We also work with a manufacturing partner in Longgang, Shenzhen, China, supporting customers from product development and customization through production.

Memory and Storage Solutions

EngineStar distributes storage controllers, DRAM, NAND Flash, NOR Flash, and solid-state drives（SSDs）. We also provide SSD and DRAM module design and manufacturing services for industrial and consumer applications.

Our capabilities extend beyond component distribution. Through component selection, technical support, customized design, product testing, and manufacturing coordination, we help customers reduce development complexity, manage production uncertainty, improve product reliability, and accelerate time to market.

AI Servers and Computing Solutions

EngineStar provides AI servers, computing resources, and customized system configurations for large language models（LLMs）, AI inference, Edge AI, and private AI deployments.

Based on each customer’s workload, model requirements, deployment environment, scalability needs, and energy-efficiency goals, we help evaluate and configure suitable computing platforms. Our solutions support widely adopted open models such as Llama and Gemma and serve enterprises, system integrators, software companies, and research organizations building AI infrastructure.
