Ubilink operates Taiwan’s largest H100 AI computing center, built on the NVIDIA SuperPOD architecture. Its infrastructure comprises 128 H100 GPU servers equipped with a total of 1,024 NVIDIA H100 SXM5 GPUs, delivering up to 45.82 PFLOPS of computing performance.

The platform also incorporates a high-performance parallel file system and NVIDIA GPUDirect RDMA to improve data throughput and provide low-latency access for large-scale AI training and HPC workloads.
